Who You Talk To

Candystreaming Floor Coating does not have a staff directory to share, because we do not do the coating. When you call or send a request, we pass your details to an independent provider in the network. That provider is the person you will talk with about your floor.

Calls are answered Mon-Fri 9am-9pm ET. Provider availability varies, so many providers can respond quickly, but timing depends on the provider.

What the Provider May Ask

Expect a short list of questions. Have the answers ready.

• Where is the floor: garage, basement, patio, or shop?
• About how many square feet is it?
• Are there cracks, stains, oil spots, or old paint?
• Does water ever show up on the slab?
• Do you want a certain look, such as flakes or custom floor finishes?

Photos help. So does a rough tape measure.

Questions to Put to the Provider

Now it is your turn. Ask, then compare.

1. How will you prep the slab? A good answer names grinding or similar mechanical prep, plus crack and joint repair. 2. Do you test for moisture? A good answer says yes and explains what happens if readings run high. 3. What product and how many coats? A good answer names the system and the steps. 4. What is the cure time before cars or foot traffic? A good answer gives a range, not a vague "soon." 5. What does the warranty cover, in writing? 6. Are you licensed and insured where required?

Red flags: pressure to sign today, no written quote, no talk of prep, or a price that is far below every other bid.

The Decision Is Yours

You are never required to hire the provider you speak with. Talk to more than one if you like. Compare the written quotes side by side, line by line. No obligation applies when you request an estimate.
